This is the link to my finished website ...

For my Web Banner I used photoshop to make the masthead of my magazine a jpg file so that I could then upload it to the website and have the same masthead, creating synergy between the two products. I shall use a black skyline that runs along the top so that all of the writing would stand out and could be white, like the colour scheme of my covers. For the Navigational links I based them off of the websites I had studied, combining elements from both to fit my audience needs, specifically the mental health link as it's of cultural importance among younger generations. To the right of the navigational links I have the social media icons that I had created for the magazine contents pages so that it would fit in with the colour scheme and create a sophisticated, stylised look. I made the 'Fashion' link to my other page on the website because I had a photo of Maya ready to be used to entertain and inform the audience. For my first multimedia feature I shall be using my front cover and contents page which I have photoshoped to look like a magazine as to advertise it effectively. Underneath that there are multiple multimedia features that I have used original imagery for, based on the navigational features at the top, there are only four images which weren't taken by me, the image of Emma Watson and all three for health and beauty. For the subscriptions page I inserted both of my photoshoped magazine covers and contents pages to allow users to see a visual preview of what our magazines are like, encouraging sales. Tot the right of this I have a link to all of the websites that I have mentioned throughout the website and covers/contents pages to offer interactivity to the user. AT the bottom of the page I used another black background to make the website look symmetrical, like in other websites that I had researched and analysed. Like other websites I included the about us, contact us, subscriptions, privacy policy, legal and advertise to keep the typical conventions of a website. I inserted a mailing list box so that people can get latest updates and 10% off their next subscription which will encourage sales. I have again inserted the links to the social media platforms to encourage the younger generation to use their preferred platform. At the very bottom of the web page I inserted text that says 2019 Bauer Consumer Media Ltd to show that it's owned and created for Bauer media, creating synergy.
For my other page, 'Fashion' I included a photoshoped image of Maya wearing multicoloured coats and with a bit of information and a review from her so that it humanises her and makes her seem more respectable, selling the product in a face to face manner. This excites the audience because it's the latest fashion and is something that they have never seen before and so addresses the audiences interests. At the bottom of this page I have included an interview with my model Abbie to fulfil the requirements of the brief.
