I have used a website called storyboard that in order to create 3 image ideas for each model, allowing me to evaluate which one will work the best and how to improve upon it. These will provide a basis for my original imagery that I will be using in my magazine covers. These are all linked directly to my location exploration.
1st model cover ideas

1st model cover ideas

I these first ideas I shall be using a decorated house that's full of Christmas scenery and lights. I will use a low angle shot for all of these plans so that it makes the model seem more powerful and this will allow me to gain a full shot of the house, showing all of the decorations. I will use a slow shutter speed and a tripod so that all of the flashing lights will be captured by the lens and look like they're still, this means that there will be no gaps in the images. I like the idea of plan 1 the most because it shows the detail of the whole house and will allow me to get all of the models clothes in the shot. There's also much more room for text an other possible images during the post production.
2nd model cover ideas

In these second ideas I shall be using a field with a few trees in the background and my model in the foreground of the image. This will make her seem like the main focal point of the image because she is the only thing in the foreground of the image. I will use natural lighting t make it seem less forced and more natural. I Like the idea of plan 1 the most because it best suits the criteria of a magazine cover, whereas plan 2 and 3 were either to plain and boring or had too much detail.
