1st contents page
This is my second attempt for a contents page for Abbie's magazine cover. I decided to change the contents page because, like the cover, I felt that it was slightly childlike and didn't address the audience effectively. I used the same colour schemes as the two front covers to create synergy between them and also made my own versions of the social media links to fit this. For the background I used the colour of the 'fever' because I felt that it was much more inviting and mature than white. I used the two stipes that change colour to make the writing within it much more visible and important. To represent the two different social groups required by the brief, and add more imagery, I decided to take photos of religious necklaces and use them as a background. The text was then made to excite the younger generation and allow them to navigate the magazine effectively depending on their desires. Finally I added the link to my contents page to allow the viewer to navigate to their preferred form of technology as required by the brief. I copied this template to use for my second magazine contents page with Maya...

I have used the same template but changed the imagery to suit the specified cover and then tailored the writing to fit the Jewish theme, this represents the two different social groups required by the brief and also produces synergy.
These contents pages have worked much better than my previous ones because they're much more tailored to the audience needs and wants whilst creating a mature and powerful layout which creates synergy between the to products.
