Updated plans

After my first cover for my white female model didn't quite fit the criteria of the assignment as it had too much detail, I shall be planning  to use studio lighting and a large room to get a plain black background with my model in the foreground of the image. This will hopefully be more successful than my last shoot because it will have much less detail in the background of the image and less glaring lights distracting the viewers eye from the main focus of the fashion. By using a black background the viewer will only be attracted to the model and the writing that will be added in the post production.

I have used the same website that I used for my previous plans called storyboard that so I could create another 3 image ideas for my white, female model, allowing me to evaluate which one will work better than the last, ensuring a successful front cover. These will provide a basis for my original imagery that I will be using in my new magazine cover.

3rd model cover ideas
In these first ideas I shall be using a dark room with two spotlights to highlight the model and clothing whilst achieving a crisp, black background. I will use this to draw more attention to the model as she will juxtapose the black background, making her stand out much more. I like the idea of plan 1 the most because it creates the most intriguing photo as she will be on the floor which promotes women's position in a much more powerful way than my other two plans. I will also use a low angle shot to add to this effect.
